This week, Latin Pulse focuses on elections in Latin America: looking forward to presidential races next week in Guatemala and Nicaragua. Also, the program includes some perspective on the recent Argentine presidential race. This week's in-depth interviews feature an analysis of President Daniel Ortega's chances for re-election and the success of the Sandinistas in Nicaragua, along with a conversation with a leader from the Venezuelan youth movement, about the case of opposition candidate Leopoldo Lopez. Interviewees include: Manuel Orozco of the Inter-American Dialogue; and David Smolansky of Venezuela's Voluntad Popular.
