The only one that I have been able to locate is from a survey discussed in: DuBois JM, Burkemper J. Ethics education in U.S. medical schools: a study of syllabi. Acad Med. 2002 May;77(5):432-7. I have emailed you the table itself from this article as a graphics file (I hope that worked!), and attached is a bibliography of the current editions of the books mentioned on the list. As an aside, rumor has it that a new edition of Bernard Lo's book will be out this fall.
