Criteria for Judgement:
- Concept. The idea was well conceived as a visual presentation. It was interesting, entertaining, evocative and thought provoking
- Format. The writer adhered to standard format structures for scripts. The script looks appealing on the page
- Structure. The story has a clear beginning, middle and end. The acts make sense as a whole and lead to a cohesive ending
- Scene development. Rising action moves the story forward. Scenes aid the overall intent o the script: mood, conflict, reversals
- Characterization. The characters are well-rounded and alive. The backstory is evident
- Dialogue. The dialogue is natural and concise. Words support action.
